Diamond Consultants, LLC is built on a foundation of expertise, dedication, and vision. Dr. Fleming, a seasoned leader, trainer, and speaker, has consistently guided emerging and established leaders in developing the skills necessary to excel in their roles and thrive in their careers. Her own transformative experience with an executive coach in 2016 inspired her to formally train as a coach and dedicate her work to supporting leaders in achieving their goals and aspirations.

While Diamond Consultants, LLC operates as a sole proprietorship, we collaborate with a select group of affiliates who share our values and commitment to excellence. These hand-picked partners align with our mission, agree to the ICF Code of Ethics, and bring complementary expertise to engagements as needed. Our approach is centered on the results our clients seek.

We establish clear agreements on goals at the outset, recognizing that as clients gain clarity, their objectives may evolve. This ongoing co-design process ensures that each engagement remains dynamic and responsive to the client’s journey.

Founded in 2016 as the passion project of Dr. Tammi Fleming.
